In November 2024, Candle & Bell was asked to provide production services for a video staring Charlotte Crosby. International creative agency SMARTS needed local a local producer and crew to run the shoot for Rightmove who wanted to showcase properties around Sunderland.

With long time C&B friend and collaborator Jonny Smith as director, the video had great energy and brought a new style to property videos. It was made with crew entirely from the North East, and showcases the wonderful communities around Sunderland.

Filming took 2 days, with the hard working crew managing to film three properties in 1 day, and another day for Exterior and property shots. We’re really grateful to the team at SMARTS, for bringing us onto this production, and want to thank the crew for their amazing efforts!
