We’re pleased to announce that our comedy feature film MARWELL, written and directed by Benjamin Bee, has been granted a development award by the BFI Film Fund. The award will allow us to continue working on the script and begin to raise finance to make the film.
With the relaunch of Above The Line and it’s film masterclass content, we all realised it was time to christen the site with new and exciting content. We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially begun pre-production on our upcoming short film ‘There Are Lights’. The film is written and directed by Yorkshire based filmmaker Nadia Emam. Caitlin Bramwell and Maria Caruana Galizia are producing the film. The film is being funded by the BFI NETWORK and private finance.
Like so many other businesses the last few months have been a big change for us. While we haven’t been able to make content for commercial video clients, or shoot films, we have been able to develop new ideas and edit videos using stock footage. One of the projects we’ve been working on is called Above The Line.
